Words of the Loom terms of sale

These terms cover the optional supporter packs and coin packs you can buy in Loom on the web. Loom is free to play, and nothing here is needed to enjoy it. By buying a pack you agree to these terms.

Who sells

Packs are sold by Zafeiris Panagiotidis, Achilleos 29, 17672 Kallithea, Greece. Questions about a purchase: the.real.zafi@gmail.com.

What you buy

• Supporter Pack (€9.99): 3,000 coins, three supporter frames and a 🧵 badge next to your name.
• Patron Pack (€29.99): 12,000 coins, all six supporter frames and a 👑 badge next to your name.
• Coin packs (€0.99 for 500, €2.49 for 1,500, €4.99 for 4,000 coins), which you can buy as often as you like.

Coins, frames and badges are digital items for use inside the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred to another player.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include any VAT due; the checkout page shows the final amount before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe, and Loom never sees your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt, which is your confirmation of the purchase and of these terms.

Delivery

Your pack is added to your game as soon as the payment goes through and you’re returned to Loom. It is kept in your saved game on that device, and in your cloud save if you linked an account, which lets you restore it on another device. If you reset your progress or clear your browser’s data without a linked account, the pack can’t be restored automatically, so linking an account is a good idea.

If something you paid for doesn’t arrive, email us with your Stripe receipt and we’ll put it right or refund you.

Your right to cancel

In the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Packs are digital items delivered straight away, so at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the right to cancel once the pack is delivered. This doesn’t affect your rights if a pack is faulty or doesn’t arrive.

Refunds

• If a pack doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work as described, you’re entitled to have it fixed or refunded.
• Bought something by mistake? Email us within 14 days and we’ll look at a refund in good faith.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.

In the Google Play app

In the Words of the Loom app from Google Play, packs are bought through Google Play instead. Google’s terms and refund policy apply to those purchases, and refunds are requested through Google Play.

Changes to the game

Loom keeps growing, and its puzzles, prices and features may change. Packs you already bought stay in your saved game, and the game keeps working offline, so what you bought stays usable even if the online features change. Changes to these terms apply only to purchases made after the change.

Younger players

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying a pack.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. This doesn’t take away any consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live. If we can’t resolve a problem together, you can contact the consumer authority in your country; in Greece, that is the Consumer Ombudsman.
